Return & Refund Policy
Every piece created by PJ Custon Stained Glass Studio]is handcrafted to order. Because these items are custom-made to your specific requirements, we maintain a strict return policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of custom stained glass and the intensive labor involved, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review all dimensions, glass colors, and design proofs carefully before finalizing your order.
2. Damages During Shipping
Stained glass is inherently fragile. We take extreme care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at paul12051@aol.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or repair, you must provide:
- Photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the interior and exterior packaging.
- A brief description of the damage.
Failure to report damage within the 48-hour window voids our ability to file an insurance claim with the carrier, and a replacement will not be issued.
3. Natural Variations
Handmade stained glass often contains "seeds" (small bubbles), striations, and texture variations. These are not defects but are characteristics of the artisanal glass-making process. Returns will not be accepted based on these natural variations.
4. Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that does not match your approved order specifications (wrong design or size), we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
